Small Food Group is a collective of concepts owned & operated by James Beard Award Semi-finalist Chef Sean “Sonny” Nguyen that comprises of three DOMU locations, Chibi Ramen, Tori Tori Pub, EDOBOY Standing Sushi Bar, Rion’s Ocean Room and Gyukatsu Rose.
The Michelin Guide has awarded DOMU as a bib gourmand, Tori Tori a selected, EDOBOY a selected and Gyukatsu Rose a selected restaurant for 2026.
Based out of Orlando, Florida, we have been serving our community since 2016.
We strive to create and manage unique concepts in the lens of Chef Sonny through his 19 years of experience in the restaurant industry and travels abroad. Bringing what we love about food, culture, and experiences back to our hometown and filling a void that is otherwise present.
