Small Food Group is a collective of restaurant concepts founded and operated by James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Sean “Sonny” Nguyen. The group’s portfolio includes three DOMU locations, Chibi Ramen, Tori Tori Pub, EDOBOY Standing Sushi Bar, Rion’s Ocean Room, and Gyukatsu Rose.

In 2026, the MICHELIN Guide recognized four Small Food Group concepts: DOMU with a Bib Gourmand, and Tori Tori, EDOBOY, and Gyukatsu Rose as MICHELIN Selected restaurants.

Based in Orlando, Florida, Small Food Group has been serving its community since 2016. Each concept is shaped through Chef Sonny’s perspective, drawing from 19 years of experience in the restaurant industry, his travels abroad, and a deep appreciation for the cultures and traditions that inspire the food.

Our goal is to bring the things we love about food, culture, and hospitality back home to Orlando—creating thoughtful, distinctive concepts that offer something we feel is missing from our community.
